My broadcast is buffering. What can I do?

First, make sure your internet is adequate enough to view our broadcasts. Speeds of 1.5mbps (download) or higher are recommended for flawless viewing. You can visit to find your internet speed.

If your internet speed is good enough to view, here are a few recommendations we have:

- Close your browser/app. Closing and restarting your browser/app can unload your device usage thus allowing a better viewing experience.

- Restart your device. Sometimes your device could use a quick reset. Power it off and back on.

- Clear your History, Cookies and/or Cache. We recommend clearing all three, but History and Cookies should be plenty sufficient.

- (Computer Only) On the bottom right of the video player, there is a gear icon where you can select your desired video quality. Changing the quality from Auto to one of the available options will certainly reduce buffering as long as your internet can handle the selected quality.
